Huron Parks and Recreation director La Ron Klock was joined with Chad Schroder of the Parks Department talking about Splash Central that is set to open Saturday May 28th. There have been mechanical issues that have been discovered since starting the preparations to get Splash Central ready to use. Schroder said most of Splash Central will be ready this Saturday with the exception of the master blaster. He said they are waiting for parts and repairs to be made.
Schroder said Splash Central will be open on May 28th minus the master blaster, he said following reception of parts and repairs it could be in operation on Monday June 7th. Commissioner Rich Bragg talks about all of the measures taken to discover and repair Splash Central.
Splash Central is set to open Saturday May 28th including the regular water slide. The master blaster will come online after repairs are made
