With continued dry conditions around the area the Beadle County Commission has placed a burn ban county wide. Chairman of the commission Doug Ramsell talks about the vote.
Under normal conditions without a burn ban, controlled burns are requested to have a notification directly to the local fire department or their dispatch center. In some instances this does not happen. The ban will remain in place until the Beadle County Commission removes the ban.
