A bill legalizing industrial hemp production in South Dakota will be in front of the Senate Ag & Natural Resources Committee Tuesday. It already passed through the House by a wide margin.

Assistant Majority Leader Senator Jim Bolin of Canton says he thinks there is pretty good support for the bill.
Legislators took a four-day weekend and will return to Pierre Tuesday.
