Peggy Besch manager of the South Dakota State Fair gave a yearly update to the Huron City Commission. She started with an update on the DEX, Dakota Events Complex.
With the DEX yet to host an event, Besch said they made some adjustments to the schedule of its use during the 2023 South Dakota State Fair.
A ribbon cutting for the DEX is planned for 2pm on the first day of the state fair Thursday August 31st.
