The Nordby Center for Recreation announced that longtime executive director Shelly Buddenhagen was resigning from that position after a dedicated 22 year career. Buddenhagen who was a longtime Huron High School varsity volleyball coach has accepted a position with North Country Region Volleyball. Shelly talks about that opportunity.
Buddenhagen looks to take her years of experience in volleyball to improve interest in the sport.
She said coming from a rural background to North Country Region could be beneficial.
Shelly talks about what keeps her focused and takes the time to give thanks to those who helped her get to where she is now.
