Johnson To Return To PUC

The candidate who had the largest margin of victory in the statewide races in South Dakota Tuesday was Public Utilities Commissioner Dusty Johnson.  He was re-elected to another term after winning more than 73-percent of the vote, easily outdistancing Democratic challenger Doyle Karpen of Jefferson.  Johnson says it was a clean race against a viable opponent….
