James River Equipment LLC has announced it will merge with three other John Deere dealerships in South Dakota and Minnesota.
The company, which has dealerships in Huron and Madison, along with Kibble Equipment and Larson’s LLC both of Minnesota and Schuneman Equipment Co. with locations in Minnesota and the communities of Brookings, Garretson, Milbank and Watertown in South Dakota, made the announcement earlier this week. In the statement, the owners of the four companies state the merger will improve access to inventory as well as technological and product support. The anticipated merger date is June 5th.
