HURON DEPOT DEMOLITION

Another page in Huron’s past is being quickly removed.  The historic railroad depot which was last used by the former Schoenhard Motors as a sales office is being demolished to make room for a new business in the city.  In March Dollar General purchased the large lot which included the eye catching site from Huron’s early days.  A 10640 square foot building will be constructed for the new Dollar General store.
