Congressional Candidates Make a Stop at the Fair

Many individuals running for statewide office were out campaigning at the State Fair in Huron over the weekend.

Among those candidates were Former Governor Daugaard Chief of Staff Dusty Johnson and Secretary of State Shantel Krebs. They are among an ever-growing field of contestants trying to win your vote in 2018 for South Dakota’s lone voice in Congress.

Johnson says individuals at the state fair voiced their opinion strongly, saying they are frustrated that Congressional Republicans have not pulled it all together…

Krebs says the first thing people asked her at the fair was “are you a Trump supporter?”  and she says of course…

In addition to Johnson and Krebs, Chris Martian and Tim Bjorkman are running as Democrats and George Hendrickson is running as an Independent.
