Two medicinal marijuana dispensary requests were before the Huron City Commission on Monday night. Both applicants cleared all zoning requirements in the city. The first presentation was by Emmett Reisteroffer with Huron Specialty Retail LLC. His dispensary will be on the north side of the Jimmy Johns building on Dakota Avenue South. Reisteroffer talks about the set up of his dispensary.

The second dispensary location will be in the former O.P Skaggs building which is the Kansas Mall just north of third street on Kansas avenue. The dispensary is named Dakota Herb. Owner Dalton Grimmius talks about how a medicinal marijuana dispensary operates.
Both medicinal marijuana facilities were approved on a unanimous vote.
