The City approved items related to the upcoming State Highway 37 project, including a warranty deed, temporary easement agreement and right of way agreement. The project requires the acquisition of a small amount of right of way near the corner of 15th & Dakota Ave. N.E.
Assistant city engineer Dennis Bennett:
The city will be paid one dollar each for the right of way acquisition and for the temporary easement.
Also last night, the city approved the promotion of Detective Sergeant Casey Spinsby to the new Detective Captain position.
