Celebrate Recovery an American Christian 12 step program designed to facilitate recovery from a wide range of troubling behavior patterns began in 1991 and has recovery programs across the United States and several foreign countries. Huron Celebrate Recovery coodinator Dan Copeland speaks about the history of the program.
