LeGrand was arrested in mid-July on multiple drug related charges in Meade County, including distribution of marijuana to a minor, the most serious of the charges. LeGrand is facing a maximum penalty of 64 years in prison on all of the charges, prior to the habitual offender motion being filed. LeGrand is charged with shooting Ricardo “RJ” Hein (Hine) four times with a shotgun at the Prairie Villa mobile home park in April of 2009. His murder trial is slated for the second week of October
