A Beadle County Grand Jury has indicted two Huron women on arson and burglary charges. Thirty-year-old Julia Lopez and 55-year-old Kathleen Wollman are each facing a single charge of second degree arson and third degree burglary. The Grand Jury indicted the women last week. The two are accused setting a fire inside the Tailgate Restaurant on March 27th in an attempt to cover up a burglary. Both women will enter pleas to the charges in the indictment next Tuesday. Trial dates will be set after pleas have been entered. Because of the Grand Jury indictment, preliminary hearing scheduled for Lopez and Wollman for Wednesday were cancelled.
