A winter storm bringing blizzard conditions to a large part of South Dakota is moving east today. Kari Fleegel with the National Weather Service in Aberdeen says system held true to the forecast track Monday.
Officially, around 3 and half inches of snow were reported in Huron as of midnight.
Fleegel says the winds were the main issue.
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon for Beadle County.
Interstate 90 remains closed from Murdo to Sioux Falls and I-29 border to border. No Travel Advisories remain posted for a majority of the state, including Beadle County, and U-S Highways across central and eastern South Dakota.
