Someone in Huron will have six-thousand more dollars to make the holidays a bit more happier. The South Dakota Lottery says a Wild Card 2 ticket sold for the December 17th drawing matched all five white ball numbers but missed the Wild Card, good for taking home the game’s second-place prize. The Winning numbers are six, eight, 21,26 and 29. Lottery officials have not said where the winning ticket was sold. The holder of the ticket is advised to sign the back of the ticket, put it in a safe place and contact lottery offices in Sioux Falls or Pierre. The last Huron resident to win the Wild Card 2 jackpot was Carol Bentz in July of 2011. Bentz won the 130-thousand dollars. The odds of winning the second place prize is one in 126-thousand.
