• The City of Huron is under a SNOW ALERT.   This SNOW ALERT means that, parking will not be allowed….

• In the Core Area from midnight to 8 AM or until streets are cleared curb to curb
• On Snow Emergency Routes until cleared curb to curb
• On North/South Streets from midnight to midnight or until streets are cleared curb to curb.

A reminder that if the North/South streets are cleared BEFORE midnight on the 5th (odd day). Crews will start on East/West streets (even days) immediately, and you may be ticketed and towed. A SNOW ALERT ticket is $35 . plus you will be responsible for towing and storage costs. If you ticket is not paid in 7 days, the cost increases to $50.  The following are the snow emergency routes in Huron:
