A Watertown trial lawyer says he plans to run for Third Judicial Circuit Court Judge in November’s election. Bob Spears has had his own practice for 22 years and says it’s the right time.
Spears and his wife, Margo Peterson Spears, have a 20 year old son and a daughter in high school. The third judicial circuit includes Beadle, Hand, Jeruald, Sanborn, Clark Kingsbury Miner and Buffalo counties. Judge Ronald Roehr currently holds the position.
