Voleskey Split On Issues With Jackley In AG's Race

The Democratic Party candidate for South Dakota Attorney General says he does not support opponent Marty Jackley’s decision to sue the federal government over the health care reform bill.  Huron Attorney Ron Volesky says the lawsuit is about politics more than it is substance….

Volesky says if any changes are made to the massive bill, they should be made in Congress, and not decided in a courtroom….

Another difference between the candidates is Measure 13, which would allow marijuana use in South Dakota for medical purposes.  Jackley does not support the bill, but Volesky does….
