A Beadle County Grand Jury has indicted 15 people in a multi-level methamphetamine bust. Thirty-seven year old Farah Zieske is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance and keeping a place for the use or sale of a controlled substance. Zieske’s 35-year-old husband Nicholas is charged with possession, ingestion, three counts of distribution of a controlled substance to a minor and keeping a place for use or sale of a controlled substance. In addition to the rape charge, the 31-year-old Gonzalez, Jr. was indicted on a single count each of distribution of a controlled substance to a minor and distribution of marijuana to a minor, less than one ounce. Fifty-one year old Phyllis Arganbright was indicted for misprision of a felony and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Thirty-one year old Julio Gonzalez was indicted for possession of less than two-ounces of marijuana, loitering in a community safe zone and false information on a sex offender registration. Four juvenile males and three juvenile females between the ages of 14 and 17 have been charged in the case with drug charges ranging from possession of marijuana to distribution of methamphetamine. Court appearances for all six adults are set for December third. All remain out of jail on bond.
