Both Kight and Freng were transported to Huron Regional Medical Center by patrol car. The 16-year-old subject is charged with underage consumption, refusing to obey lawful order of a police officer, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a police officer. Kight has been previously injured on the job. He was treated and released from H-R-M-C in 2007 after being attacked by Josh Gilchrist. Gilchrist is the 16-year-old Huron boy shot and killed by police after attacking his family and police officers with a sword.
