Williams is being held in Nebraska on a five-thousand dollar cash bond, awaiting extradition to Beadle County. Malone posted bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 5th. Both are charged with felony Grand Theft and Commission of a Felony While Armed with a Firearm.
