Two men charged in a May 2016 homicide in Cavour made court appearances today. Beadle County States Attorney Mike Moore says 32 year-old Jose Vega of Montevideo, Minnesota and 50 year old Kevin Krueger of Cavour were in Beadle County court on motions hearings.
Also, Moore says the state has received the results of Kruger’s psychiatric evaluation
Moore says trial dates were set for both men today
Krueger and Vega are charged with first degree murder in the beating death of 49 year old Keith Houck of rural Cavour last year. Both men remain in custody.
