South Dakota Senator John Thune hosted a town hall meeting in Huron Thursday that drew a nice crowd a Crossroads banquet room. Thune started the town hall with a brief presentation on the nation’s financial situation. He attempted to put the 17 trillion dollars in debt owed by the U-S in perspective….

Following his presentation Thune took questions from the audiance on the Farm Bill, spending, education and energy. Thune is making the rounds across South Dakota as Congress is in it’s Easter Recess.
