The Government Operations and Audit Committee of the South Dakota Legislature has asked state Transportation Department Secretary Darin Bergquist to appear at their next meeting and answer questions about operations on the state-owned MRC rail line, and Dakota Southern Railroad.
Bergquist says they have been updating the committee on operations along that line
