Task Force Assembled To Distribute Mortgage Fraud Money

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has put together a task force to help distribute almost three million dollars gained from a mortgage fraud settlement.  The states reached a twenty five billion dollar settlement with the five largest mortgage service providers over their practices.  South Dakota will get almost eight million dollars in total relief, with about five million going directly to those affected by the questionable practices.  The state will have about three million dollars to distribute.  Representative Bernie Hunhoff of Yankton is a member of the task forc…
