A suspected international drug dealer has been arrested in Huron.
The U.S. Marshalls Office says that Jean Torres-Soto has been captured without incident at a residence in Huron and has been transported to Sioux Falls for federal court.
Torres-Soto is accused of being part of a big drug ring that operated in the United State and Puerto Rico. The federal indictment, issued in Puerto Rico, mentions over 100 suspects. He is a known gang member.
The FBI, Huron Police and Jerauld County Sheriff’s Department all assisted in the investigation.
