State Worker Bonuses In Hands By End Of March

State employees in South Dakota will see a bonus, and a raise following action by the legislature last week.  One of the last bills passed before the session adjourned was an employee pay plan.  South Dakota State Employees Organization executive director Eric Ollila (oh-lee-la) says all workers should see a bonus at the end of the month…

Ollila says most workers will get a three percent raise, with some exceptions…

Ollila says they hope it sets the stage to get workers back on a year raise schedule….

Because of the recession, state workers had gone three years without a raise.
