HURON, S.D. (AP) – The South Dakota State Fair opens Thursday in Huron under the theme “From Memories to Milestones.” This is the 125th anniversary of the state fair, which runs through Monday. Bull riding will be the grandstand entertainment tonight. Other grandstand entertainers are The Oak Ridge Boys with the Bellamy Brothers on Friday night, Martina McBride on Saturday night, and Three Dog Night with Eddie Money on Sunday night. The final night features stock car racing.
