Hertel says work continues on the Hippodrome roof as well. He touched on two Senate Bills that were passed by the Legislature. One gives authorization for the construction of a new 4-H exhibit building. A feasibility study is underway on that. The Fair is looking at a 32-thousand square foot open-span building. A fund raising effort is already underway. As for that final grandstand act…
