The State Fair has previously requested a special event on-sale license for the two nights of bull riding events that start the Grandstand entertainment for the State Fair. Last year, the Fair came back to the Commission with a request to extend the license for all of the music concerts in the Grandstand with on-sale alcohol only being sold in the V-I-P lounge. That request last year was granted.
