It’s an early Christmas present for fans of the SD State Fair.
This morning, assistant State Fair manager Candi Briley made the first concert announcement for the 2019 fair.
Little Big Town is known for country hits such as “Boondocks”, “Day Drinking”, “Pontoon”, and “Girl Crush”. The band recently received their third career Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Their latest album debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Charts.
Briley says the fair has already locked down the grandstand lineup.
Briley says tickets will go on sale this spring.
The 2019 South Dakota State Fair will run from Thursday, Aug. 29, through Monday, Sept. 2. Channel Seeds Preview night will be Wednesday, Aug. 28.
