State Continues To Work Toward Health Exchanges

Despite the challenge to the health care reform law heard in the US Supreme Court last week, the State of South Dakota continues to plan for a health insurance exchange, one of the provisions in that law.  Lieutenant Governor Matt Michels, who has been heading up the effort, says the state will apply for another grant to continue the process…
