MILLER, S.D. (AP) – A St. Lawerence man was hospitalized with serious injuries after a farming accident northwest of Miller. The Hand County Sheriff’s Office says 38- year-old Larry “Chris” Leisy was hurt Friady morning after becoming tangled in a machine used for bagging silae. The sherriff’s office says Leisy was flown to Avera St. Luke’s hospital with serious injuries. A spokeswoman there said Saturday that he’s no longer there.
