South Dakota's Finances Deemed "Stable"

MoneyThe South Dakota Bureau of Finance and Management has released the states comprehensive annual financial report for fiscal year 2014.  In the report, the states total ending fund balance was one point eight billion dollars, an increase of about eight percent.  At the end of the fiscal year, the General Fund had a balance of about three hundred twenty million dollars.  Bureau of Finance Commissioner Jason Dilges says the state’s financial position is very stable…
