South Dakota,Nation Celebrates Veterans

The head of South Dakota’s National Guard says we don’t often appreciate the freedoms we have, and credit has to go to the American soldier. Reisch said there are still one hundred forty thousand soldiers serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, and fifty six thousand of those are with the National Guard.  Senator John Thune will speak at the Veteran’s Day program in Huron at 11 AM in the High School Auditorium.  The Program will be carried live  on 1210-AM KOKK.
