Some Changes Already Considered For Dakota Access Pipeline

Dakota Access LLCFour public meetings have been held across eastern South Dakota by backers of a proposed crude oil pipeline.
The Dakota Access pipeline would run from the Bakken oilfields in North Dakota, across South Dakota and Iowa to refineries in Illinois.  Public Utilities Commission Chairman Chris Nelson says those public meetings identified a number of the issues that need to be explored…
