A special holiday promotion for troops and veterans is being hosted by Shoe Sensation nationwide. The project started nine years ago and Huron’s Shoe Sensation is involved. Manager of Shoe Sensation in Huron Trisha Allen mentioned any new sock donation is welcome.
Trisha said supporters are welcome to bring in socks from any retailer.
The Shoe Sensation, Socks 4 Troops and Veterans program supports local recipients.
Socks 4 Troops and Veterans runs through December 31.
