An arctic blast will drop temperatures across the region, and some could see significant snow late this week.
The Huron area could see up to 5 inches of new snow accumulation on Friday.
Lance Vandenboogart at the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says it will be pretty cold by Sunday morning.
Vandenboogart says it shouldn’t be too windy as the snow is falling.
Most of the snow should fall through the day on Friday. The arctic air follows that.
