The Huron City Commission will not have much to discuss tonight when they meet at the Huron Municipal Building. Commissioners will hold first reading on an ordinance regarding snow removal. The Commission consider a request to waive the five-mile residency requirement. Commissioners will hear reports on the Waste Tire Collection and Household Hazardous Waste Disposal and changes in the garbage collection schedule for Veteran’s day will be announced. The Commission will meet in executive session for union negotiations and a contractual matter. The Huron City Commission will meet tonight at 5:30 PM and the meeting is open to the public.
