South Dakota will mark this week with a simulated tornado scenario on Wendesday, that will start at 10 AM with a test tornado watch, followed by a test tornado warning at 10:15 am. At that time municipalites across the state will test tornado warning systems. This week also marks the first-ever National Severe Weather Awareness Week.
