Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that seventeen inmates at Mike Durfee State Prison were indicted by a Bon Homme County Grand Jury on felony drug charges.
Each of the seventeen are charged with possession and ingestion of marijuana.
Jackley says contraband in state prisons is an ongoing problem.
Jackley says they want to find the source of the drugs.
Jackley says the Department of Corrections has been working with his office on this and other drug issues.
All seventeen will be making future court appearances.
