Over two weeks ago, a Sioux Falls man was found guilty on eight counts relating to the night he raped three girls in his Huron bar after getting them drunk. All that awaits 35-year-old Werner Fajardo is sentencing by Judge Jon Erickson. Beadle County States Attorney Mike Moore says the sentencing of a defendent in a sex crimes case takes slightly longer than usual….
Erickson ordered a pre-sentence investigation be filed prior to sentencing, after Fajardo was found guilty of rape, sex crime and alcohol violations.
