SD Bankers Continue Push For Tax Reforms For Credit Unions

Bankers across South Dakota will continue meeting with local governments, presenting their case for tax reform that would increase taxes paid by credit unions and the Farm Credit System. While those changes are needed at the federal level, Congress so far has not been eager to take on those modifications.  Curt Everson, President of the South Dakota Bankers Association, says many long running tax breaks may not be needed anymore…
