A key witness in the Maricela Diaz trial is refusing to consistently answer questions. Alexander Salgado is testifying in the murder trial of Diaz who is charged with the death of 16-year-old Jasmine Guevara of Mitchell in 2009. However Salgado had refused to acknowledge statements he made during previous hearings in the case, as they were read back to Salgado by Assistant Attorney General Robert Mayer.
