ROBISH EXPLAINS NO VOTE ON THIRD MEDICINAL MARIJUANA OUTLET

At Mondays Huron City Commission, a third medicinal marijuana application was presented.  Malory Rosemore with JS Consulting was representing the owner Jeffrey Van Winkle.  The medicinal marijuana outlet called MJ Apothecary was explained by Malory.

Rosemore outlined the buildings set up and said it will exceed the states guidelines.

The guidelines for four medicinal marijuana licenses were approved by the commission in October last year.  Despite voting yes on two requests for a license two weeks ago.  Commissioner Mark Robish took the time to explain why he would not be voting yes this time.

The third medicinal marijuana outlet in Huron was approved on a 4 to 1 vote.
