Robert Sharp and Associates has worked on a number of South Dakota websites including that of the South Dakota State Fair. The agreement with the city calls for website to be assembled in a series of “milestones”….

The city put aside 30-thousand dollars of 3rd penny funds for the website project. After the intital set-up, the 6 indivdiual users of the website will be responsible for additonal costs of adding features to their specific pages.
