Redfield Man Arrested After Driving With Daughter And Drugs In Car

A man from Redfield is charged with a long list of offenses after Sioux Falls police say he drove with his daughter and drugs in his car.  Officer Sam Clemens says police received several reports Friday evening about a vehicle being driven recklessly in the area of 26th and Western, and he says an officer located the car at 12th and Kiwanis:

Clemens says 26-year-old Josef Wolfgang Rude of Redfield was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a substance with the purpose of intoxication, child endangerment and second-offense D-W-I.  He says Rude had Oxycodone, Oxycontin and two satchels of synthetic marijuana in his car.  The child was turned over to her mother.
