PIERRE, S.D. (AP) – Several South Dakota cities hit new low temperatures overnight Tuesday, and more records could fall last night and this morning. The National Weather Service says Aberdeen dropped to 15 degrees, which broke the old record of 20 degrees set in 1956, and Pierre’s temperature of 19 degrees edged the old record of 21 set in 2013. The weather service says other record lows for Tuesday included 19 degrees in Huron and 21 degrees in White Lake and Wessington Springs.
