The annual Ravineman Ravine Lake Triathlon will be this Saturday morning. Committee member Kim Reiger says they get entries of all ages, from High school to 80 years plus
Ravineman is a sprint distance with a 500 meter swim, 12.4 mile bike ride, and a 5K run, which is the shortest that is sanctioned. The swim portion is back this year after that part was cancelled last year due to water quality issues in Ravine. Reiger says there is a registration deadline looming tonight.
Competitiors will be broken up by age group, and teams are also welcome. Ravineman will begin at 7:30 Saturday morning.
